1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use www.belmorebiodynamics.com.au or place an order with Belmore Biodynamics Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Orders

When you place an order we will send you a confirmation email. We may cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or the delivery address is outside our delivery area. If we do, we will refund anything you have paid.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Orders are paid in full by credit card, online or over the phone, before delivery. Our drivers do not carry cash.

4. Natural product and weights

Our meat is a natural product, so individual cuts and packs vary. Weights are approximate.

5. Delivery

• We deliver every Thursday, within Metro Melbourne only, between 11am and 7pm.
• The order cut-off is 2pm the day before your delivery day.
• Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more, and $20 for orders under $150.
• We can't guarantee a specific time within the delivery window.
• If nobody is home when we deliver, our driver will leave your order in a cool bag. Please get the meat into the fridge or freezer as soon as you can.
• Ownership of, and risk in, the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

6. Storage and food safety

Our products are fresh and perishable. Refrigerate at 5°C or below, or freeze, as soon as you receive them, and follow any storage, use-by and cooking instructions.

7. Allergies and dietary needs

If you have a serious allergy or dietary requirement, please call us on 9857 9379 before ordering so we can give you accurate information.

8. Refunds and problems with your order

Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Our website and content

The text, photos, logo and other content on our website belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the goods again or paying the cost of doing so. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
