Because our meat is fresh, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

If something's wrong with your order (missing, damaged, or not up to standard), please call us on 9857 9379 or email belmorebiodynamics@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
