Belmore Biodynamics Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs the butcher shop at 340 Belmore Road, Balwyn VIC 3103 and the online shop at www.belmorebiodynamics.com.au. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect

- Delivery details: your delivery address and any delivery instructions.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.
- Payment: card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you tell us when you call, email or use a form on our website.
- Website usage: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you found our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Directly from you (when you check out, create an account, use a form on our site, sign up to our specials list, or call or visit us) and automatically when you use our website.
Why we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it, including delivery changes.
- To take payment and to help prevent fraud.
- To answer your questions and sort out any problems.
- To send you specials and updates if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To remind you if you leave items in your cart, if you have given us your email at checkout.
- To improve our website and products.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the people we need to, to run the shop:
- Shopify, which hosts our online shop and handles checkout and payments.
- Our payment providers.
- The delivery scheduling, email and cart-reminder services we use to run the shop.
- Our delivery drivers (your name, address, phone number and delivery instructions).
- Website analytics providers.
- Government agencies, regulators or police, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas providers
Some of our service providers, including Shopify, may store or process information outside Australia, for example in Canada or the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences and understand how our website is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the shop, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us and we will remove you.

Access, correction and deletion
